Challenge
Analysing current state of the site, IOS + Android App and Email channel. Re-designing different touch points in order to improve performance and Brand recognition. 
Process
User centred approach, evidence based. Holistic evaluation, feedback from users and metrics from Data. The UX team prepared some User Testing in order to find out our hypotheses. 
Solution
Finding the priorities among a long list of weak points, this report help the board of directors to decide the Roadmap and Strategy for following months. The first part to re-design was the Navigation from all the site.
